Mr. Uzumeri is a founding partner of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., and is jointly responsible for overseeing the firm’s activities with the two other founding partners. Prior to co-founding Searchlight in 2010, Mr. Uzumeri was the head of Private Equity for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Mr. Uzumeri graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Industrial Engineering and received a Master of Science degree in Finance from the London Business School.
